Follow each provider from invitation to portal activation and Ready status. Sesami linking is tracked separately and does not block portal access or payouts.

WAIVER CERTIFICATES

Send waiver confirmation

Send or resend a completed participant-waiver confirmation to the booking guest. The email contains only completion proof and a verification code — no private safety or medical details.

CALENDAR CONNECTIONS

Provider calendar access

Invite each provider or resource to connect its own Google Calendar. ExploreIsla never asks for a Google password; the provider grants access directly through Google.

Provider details

Maintain the business and payout information used for provider administration and payout statements. Sensitive full bank account details are not stored here.

ADD PROVIDER

New provider

Add a therapist or provider to ExploreIsla. Commission defaults to 25%. Their welcome email is sent automatically; Sesami can be linked later.

HOST PARTNERS

Vacation rental partners

Manage Airbnb and vacation-rental partners, referral links and host commissions. Standard host commission is 5% of eligible completed guest bookings.

Control who can see finances, manage providers or change full platform settings.
