Partner Program questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no monthly Partner fee.
Who can apply?
Creators, influencers, hosts, hotels, concierges, drivers, guides, local businesses, communities and individuals with a relevant audience or network can apply.
Do I have to manage bookings?
No. People book directly with ExploreIsla. We handle the booking flow, payment and provider coordination.
How is my 5% commission tracked?
You receive a personal referral link and QR. Eligible bookings attributed through them connect to your Partner account.
How long does attribution last?
The current referral window is up to 30 days after a valid referral visit, subject to the Partner Program rules.
When can I request a payout?
Your Partner Portal shows your eligible balance. The current minimum payout request is $25.
What about cancellations and refunds?
Commission is earned only on eligible completed booking value. Cancelled, refunded or otherwise ineligible value does not generate final commission.
Where can I share my link or QR?
Social media, link in bio, WhatsApp, websites, guest guides, vehicles, shop counters, newsletters and other genuine, relevant touchpoints.
