Does it cost anything to join?

No. There are no monthly Host Partner fees.

Do I need to manage my guests' bookings?

No. Guests book directly through ExploreIsla. ExploreIsla manages the booking flow and provider coordination.

How does the 5% commission work?

Your unique referral link identifies eligible guest bookings. Commission becomes eligible after the service is completed. You can track attributed bookings and eligible commission in your Host Portal.

When can I request a payout?

Once your eligible host commission reaches $25, you can request a payout directly from your Host Portal. Your payout details must be completed before submitting a request. ExploreIsla reviews payout requests before payment.

What happens if a booking is cancelled or refunded?

Cancelled and fully refunded bookings do not qualify. Where applicable, partial refunds reduce the commissionable booking value.

How long is a referral tracked?

ExploreIsla currently uses a 30-day referral attribution window for eligible Host Partner referrals.

Where should I place my QR code?

Popular locations include your welcome book, Wi-Fi card, kitchen counter, entrance table or digital guest guide.
